Gary Wallace
Head of Originations
Gary is responsible for loan originations and new business development. He previously held positions with Northwestern Mutual and Bank of America specializing in consumer lending, insurance, and financial services.
Gary holds a license with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and graduated with a BA from Hope International University.

Michelle Horgan
Manager of Business Operations
Michelle is responsible for managing west coast operations, including loan optimization, investor relations engagement, and special projects. She has a strong background in project management, consulting, and administration from the insurance industry working with cross-functional teams and clients of all sizes.
Michelle holds a BA in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and loves world travel.
Michelle O’Campo
Loan Processor
Michelle came to PrideCo with experience in residential loan management, collateral underwriting, and commercial property inspection. Michelle’s talents also span the non-profit sector working as an Executive Assistant and facilitating the charitable mission of the Orange County legal community.
Michelle is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the lending program, as well as loan servicing and overall office management. Michelle is also a California Public Notary.

PrideCo was established in 2005 and we began lending in real estate in 2006. We are a CFL licensed private lender and we lend our own money. Since our inception, we have continued to focus on key markets in California. We provide a private hard money lending platform for seasoned real estate investors. All of our loans are non-consumer, non-owner occupied.
Our small team enables us to work fast and efficiently for a wide range of real estate investors and their investment needs. All of our underwriting and servicing is completed in-house.

Huy Do, CPA
Huy is responsible for new investment opportunities and estate management at PrideCo. He has experience in strategy, audit, operational finance, and management. Prior to PrideCo, Huy held positions at Wells Fargo, Arthur Andersen, and Aramark.
A graduate of Pepperdine University, Huy received a BS in Accounting. Additionally, he completed his MBA, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, at the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and holds a Real Estate Broker License, DRE #: 02129495

We work with other hard money lenders in California.
We focus on major markets in Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area with a few deals in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Ultimately our focus stays with markets we know well and will perform well in up or down markets. Because we have offices in multiple locations it helps us keep a pulse on current market fluctuations and trends; as well as relationships with brokers and borrowers experienced in these locations.
